Use of the service
You may use the platform only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, the devices you manage, and the activity of users in your organization.
Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual cycle based on your selected tier and device count.
- Usage beyond your tier's limits may incur additional per-device charges.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to breach security, disrupt service, or access data belonging to other organizations.
Service availability
We strive for high availability and publish status at our status page. Enterprise SLAs are available as an add-on. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
The platform, including its software and content, is owned by Sevens Square and its licensors. You retain ownership of your data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevens Square is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
