This policy explains how Sevensync Inc. uses cookies and similar browser storage on the Sevens Square website and portal. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

Your choices

Necessary storage supports security, authentication, checkout continuity, and privacy preferences. It does not require consent where it is strictly necessary to provide a service you request. For visitors in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Monaco, optional Google Ads measurement is disabled until you allow marketing cookies. If reliable location information is unavailable, we use the privacy-safe approach and ask first.

Cookie Settings

Necessary storage

• square_privacy_consent — records whether optional marketing cookies were allowed or rejected. Shared across Sevens Square subdomains where supported and retained for up to 180 days.
• square_token — portal local storage used to maintain an authenticated session until logout or token rejection.
• square_selected_org — portal local storage that remembers the last selected organization.
• square_selected_plan — temporary portal local storage that carries a selected plan through registration and checkout.
• Map display preferences — portal local storage that remembers user-selected map dimensions or presentation settings.

Optional marketing measurement

When enabled, the Google tag supports Google Ads conversion measurement. Google may set identifiers such as _gcl_au or _gcl_aw and associate a visit with an advertising interaction. These identifiers are generally retained for up to 90 days, subject to Google's configuration and policies. We do not load the Google Ads tag before required consent.

Google may process device, browser, IP address, page, referrer, and conversion information in countries outside your own. See Google's privacy documentation for its current cookie list, retention, and processing terms.

Changing or deleting preferences

Use Cookie Settings above or in the website footer at any time. Rejecting optional cookies stops future Google Ads measurement and removes known first-party Google Ads identifiers from the current Sevens Square domain. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login, checkout, or preference features from working.
